An organization is only as good as the board that defines it. Committees and boards should be the backbone of your organization and the megaphone into the community. These groups are usually made up of volunteers with limited time and resources but with huge hearts and unlimited compassion. 

We will look at the makeup of successful boards and the structure of their involvement. We will create a model that allows your board to be successful in their role by motivating, inspiring and tapping into their strengths…all while remaining focused on the mission of the organization. 

We will also talk about temporary leadership such as chairs, co-chairs, honorees and other dignitaries within your organization. I will help you create a strategy that maximizes their involvement with a realistic time commitment. 

Finally, we’ll talk about you. Are you a good leader? Are you able to make decisions without the consensus of your organization and then lead the efforts for the betterment of your mission?
